Terms of Service

AGREEMENT
This site is operated by R Group LLC, trading as OrderTrailerParts.com. By browsing or ordering, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time by posting the change here; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship, and we may decline or cancel any order — including after you have received a confirmation — if the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We do our best to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but if something is listed at an obviously wrong price we are not obliged to honor it.
FITMENT AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Trailer parts have to match the trailer. Weight ratings, bolt patterns, spindle sizes, hub bore, brake type and axle capacity all have to line up, and the same part will not fit every trailer.
We are glad to help you work out what you need — call us, that is what we are here for — but it is your responsibility to confirm a part fits your trailer and suits your application before you order and before you install it. Specifications, images and fitment notes on this site are provided in good faith and may contain errors or be changed by the manufacturer without notice.
INSTALLATION AND SAFE USE
Many of the parts we sell are safety-critical — axles, brakes, couplers, hitches, suspension and tires among them. They must be installed and maintained correctly, to the manufacturer’s specifications and within their rated capacity, by someone competent to do the work. We recommend professional installation.
We are not responsible for injury, damage or loss arising from parts that are wrongly selected, wrongly installed, overloaded, modified or worn out.
WARRANTY
Products carry whatever warranty the manufacturer offers, and we pass those claims through — get in touch and we will help you make one. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, products are sold as-is without further warranty from us.
If a part arrives defective, tell us and we will make it right. That is covered in our returns policy.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping costs, timing, carriers and freight are set out on our shipping information page. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the shipment. If a shipment is damaged in transit, contact us and we will help you pursue it with the carrier.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, harass anyone, submit false information, scrape or spider the site, or interfere with how it works. We may cut off access to anyone who does.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R Group LLC and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product bought through it — including lost profits, lost time, towing costs or damage to a trailer or its load. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Canyon County, Idaho, subject to the arbitration clause below.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
If we cannot sort a problem out between us, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, this site, or anything you buy from us will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Canyon County, Idaho, rather than in court. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, and either of us may seek an injunction in court to protect intellectual property.
You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in a class action or class arbitration. Claims may only be brought individually.
GENERAL
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it. These terms, together with our privacy policy, shipping information and returns policy, are the whole agreement between us.
