Shipping Information

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Most orders ship from our warehouse at 315 N Kit Ave, Caldwell, Idaho. Some items ship direct from the manufacturer or distributor instead — we will let you know when an order is going out that way, and those parts may arrive separately from the rest of your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated by the carrier based on destination, weight and package size. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Oversized items — axles, springs, long frame parts — ship by truck freight. Freight is quoted per order rather than calculated at checkout, so we will contact you with the cost before anything leaves.

WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS

In-stock orders ship the next business day. Our shipping hours are Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, and Friday 6 am to noon Mountain time — anything ordered after noon on Friday goes out first thing Monday morning.

If something you ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will call or email you rather than let the order sit.

CARRIERS AND TRANSIT TIMES

We ship by USPS and UPS. Transit times shown at checkout are the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee, and they are not something we control. USPS Priority in particular quotes 1, 2 and 3 day service and usually makes it — but when it does not, it can run a week late.

If a shipment goes missing or runs badly late, contact us or call 208-459-8345. We will chase the carrier with you.

PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

We can ship to a PO Box, but only by USPS — UPS does not deliver to them. If your order is too large or heavy for USPS, we will need a street address instead, and we will get in touch if that comes up.

LOCAL PICKUP

You are welcome to collect your order at our warehouse. Place the order online, then come by 315 N Kit Ave, Caldwell during business hours — Monday to Thursday 6 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 6 am to noon. Give us a call at 208-459-8345 if you want to be sure it is ready before you drive out.

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

You can ship to any address you like — a jobsite, a dealer, or straight to your own customer. Enter it as the shipping address at checkout. For large orders going somewhere other than the billing address, we may call to confirm before we ship, which protects both of us against card fraud.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA

For orders shipping from the US into Canada, the quoted shipping cost does not include brokerage fees, duties or taxes — those are collected separately and are your responsibility. All prices on this site are in US funds; your card issuer converts the charge.
