OrderTrailerParts.com is run by R Group LLC in Caldwell, Idaho. We want everyone who needs a trailer part to be able to find it, get the specs and buy it, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This page explains what we are doing about that, and how to reach a person if the website gets in your way.

THE STANDARD WE WORK TO

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the benchmark used for the Americans with Disabilities Act, and it is what we measure ourselves against.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE

  • Pinch zoom works on phones and tablets — we do not lock the screen scale
  • Product photos carry descriptive alt text so screen readers can describe them
  • The site can be operated with a keyboard, and off-screen carousel slides are kept out of the tab order instead of trapping you on links that are not in view
  • Text and form fields are checked for contrast against their background
  • Page headings, form labels and link text are written to make sense when read aloud on their own
  • Our product descriptions have been gone through and cleaned up, so links say where they go instead of just saying "here," and there are no empty links or unlabeled images left to trip up a screen reader
  • Our printable order forms — axle, door and ramp — are tagged PDFs, so a screen reader can read them in order instead of seeing a flat picture
  • We test with automated accessibility tools and fix what they find

You do not have to fight with the site. We will look up parts, read you the specifications, check fitment and place the order for you, at the same prices listed on the site.
